Bon Dia Residences – February 2026 Nomination Terms & Conditions

1. The Gesture

Bon Dia Residences is inviting Instagram users to nominate someone they believe deserves a quiet escape in Girona. One nomination will be selected by the Bon Dia team and offered a complimentary stay at La Comuna Residence.

This is a judged nomination, not a random draw.

2. How to Take Part

To be considered, participants must:

• Comment on the official competition post on the Bon Dia Residences Instagram account.

• Nominate someone using their Instagram handle and include a short reason explaining why they deserve a quiet escape in Girona.

Entries must be submitted as Instagram comments only.
No purchase is necessary to take part.

Multiple entries are permitted.

3. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• Open worldwide.

• Past guests of Bon Dia Residences may enter.

• The nominated winner must be able to legally enter Spain at the time of travel.

• The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from Girona (including flights, transfers, and visas if required).

4. The Stay

The selected nomination will receive:

• A three-night stay at La Comuna Residence.

• A one-bedroom apartment, sleeping up to four guests.

• Breakfast to the value of €20 per person per day, redeemable at La Comuna Café, included during the stay.

The stay:

• Is subject to availability.

• Must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement.

5. What Is Not Included

The following are not included and remain the responsibility of the guest:

• Tourist city tax (currently €1.10 per adult per night, indicative and subject to change).

• Travel costs of any kind.

• Additional nights beyond the three included.

• Parking, special services, or any additional extras requested.

• Ongoing food or provisions beyond the complimentary breakfast.

• Any charges associated with optional services during the stay.

La Comuna is a fully serviced, self-catering apartment. Any courtesy provisions offered are discretionary and not part of the prize.

6. Selection of the Nomination

• The nomination will be judged by the Bon Dia Residences team.

• Selection will be based on the quality, sincerity, and relevance of the nomination story.

• The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The selected nominee will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

7. Announcement Timeline

• The nomination period runs throughout February 2026.

• The selected nomination will be announced by 5 March 2026.

• The stay must be redeemed by 5 March 2027.

8. Use of Submitted Content

By entering, participants agree that:

• Bon Dia Residences may quote or share the winning nomination story for marketing and communication purposes.

• Any such use will respect privacy and consent, and names or identifying details will only be published with explicit approval from the nominee.

9. General

• This nomination is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

• Bon Dia Residences reserves the right to amend or withdraw the nomination if circumstances beyond its control require it.

• By participating, entrants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
